Have Problems With Floor Cracks?

Floor cracks are usually caused from settling and are one of the most common causes of floor water. The hydrostatic (soil water) pressure pushing against the bottom of the cement pushes water against the floor which then seeps through the cement. It can be filled with hydraulic cement which will dry, even when wet, and seal the crack.

But remember, when dealing with salesmen, in the waterproofing business it’s “buyer beware”. Most get a percentage of the sale and don’t consider it their job to save you money.
